My Posts This: Topic Forum | well actually, you have to in 2.0 as well IMO. It has never been perfect and most likely never will be.
Let me put it another way. I have been able to put far more of the things I can do on the sim into practice since 2.5 came out.
Did it make me a better pilot, no. But the gap between sim and real, at least for me, was narrowed by quite a bit, which in turn gave me more confidence to try these thing with my own heli's.
I praticed paint stirring tic tocks for 2 weeks on the sim. 2nd time out with my new 700, and what do ya know, Im doing it lol.
2.5 is by no means a step backward, not for me anyway. Interface is better, I feel auto's are MORE realistic than 2.0, and the helis have more.... hmmm gravity to them when on knife edge.
Try it, if you dont like it, re-install 2.0. Their both very good
If you bling it, they will come :D |
