My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Well, this happening was my fault,

Since the screw nut that you tighten up to stop the shaft moving up and down i didnt tighten enough, to which came loose in flight causing the shaft to drop and the hex adapter to drill into the bearing block,

But, in the manuel it did say not to over-tighten, so i think that mislead me a little.
