I'm building on an Octane Dominator Bat V26.
Which servoes would be the best recommended for gas, swash plate and tail for this heli.
I have tested some Hyperion DS20UMD for swash and gas, and DS20GMD for tail, but within the first 2 hours of flight my elevator and tail servoes are dead.
If it's due to vibrations or what, i don't know.
I'm using a BEC for power, setup for 6 volts.
I have now decided to buy the best I can get for money, so the questions is what should it be.

I have been importing the MG 825 & using them on most of my gassers, nitro & EP machines. They are fast, powerful & reliable....all metal case & good gears...have yet to strip a gear..while I can't say the same for the big boys...

I think 6V killed your other servo's.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I would check your bec with a volt meter and make sure it is putting out the right voltage i have seen them go bad and put stright pack voltage into the system. Its better to check now then find out after.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		How are the bluebird servos holding up? What OZ torque do they have? Irwin as soon as i get back up to par i'm going to send you my bat and let you get it flying for me. How much will you charge me to get it flying good? I will send my 12FG to you set up as close as i can get it.
Right now i have the bat stripped no radio gear but as soon as i get on my feet i want to get it flying. I know it will fly i just don't have the ablitly to get it flying. I really do want to get it flying i know it will fly i just need help major help. I've lost the use of my left hand so i'm not sure if i will ever be able to fly again but i'm trying to work my hand out. Your heli looks to good to set aside and just abandone. When i get the heli back ready to fly what will you charge me to get it flying GOOD? I can get nitro to fly with no problems but thesse gassers are kicking my a$$. I know theres alot of people that think the bat want fly but i think it will i just need some help. I've lost use of my left hand but i'm getting a LITTLE bit better.I have the devil on my back and i can't seem to shack him but i'm praying i get back to near normal. I can't fly due to my hand but i hope i get back to normal soon. There is one thing i wish you would have told me and that is that my motor was a airplane motor and not a heli motor. That slip up has cost me a lot of time and money. I checked my my fan hub and it was balanced but when i got it back fron Hanson he had drilled some holes on one side of the flywheel so i guess i was wrong.I hope i can get ggod use of my hand s i can put me Spec back together.

Sorry to hear about your hand. Think positive & It will come back.

We have had several newbies just completing various helicopter builds in our work shop. The building skills these guys have learned from correct servo preparation to radio set up & test hover WILL EXCELLERATE THE LEARNING CURVE. We fined tune the engine along with 1400-1450 HRPM & rich running engine for break in.
I say this Ivan because I am inviting you to come up to our shop. We will give you the same HANDs ON support. You will leave with a perfectly flying BAT 26CC...

I can assure you all our machines can perform with any machine in the world.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Thanks Irwin maybe when i can get straight and get some money I'm going to put the Bat back together. But right now my money is very tight our business is down 60% so it's going to take me a little while to get back on my feet again. I had a MRI Monday but i don't go back to the DR until this Monday so i'm not sure about my hand. The only thing i do know is i can't use it it's almost like it's dead so i can't work on or fly anything right now. Now you see why i can't get ahead i have one problem after another. I can't use my left hand and can barely use my right due to artiritus in my right shoulder,i have been in one heck of a mess lately. I'm going to try and get a shot of cortizone in my shoulder Monday so i can get something that works good. As soon as i can i'm going to buy another Hanson 26 pro plus to go back in the bat. I'll let you know when i'm ready.
