it's going to be a while, they have them in at least Eric Bradenburg's. Each one is hand made, and takes 3 weeks to get a set. Outrage doesn't seem to shortcut R&D, so I think they will fly the heck out of them before any scheduled release. I'm kind of thinking that they will be released with the 90. I know nothing & nobody, just $.01 worth of my thoughts (that's my $.02 adjusted for inflation)

I'm doing my best to not buy any more servos until the Torqs are out. I know I'm not the only one. I guess price point will be the thing, they don't sound cheap, and if you were at Heli Invasion, you heard Charley explain the components that go into them. I've never heard so many -iums regarding servos in my life, you know titanIUM, magnesIUM.
I have a set of BLS 451's, so I can build one more heli and keep my word.

Torq Servos

That is not really true... they are made to Outrages SPECIFIC specs and design...there are some internal gear differences that make the Torq Servos COMPLETELY different than the MKS servos...the Internal electronic components are specific to these servos...these servos have nothing in common with the MKS servo

I am guessing as this is just what I heard...so maybe someone else knows differently?

Someone more in the know than me can chime in, but if they were just relabeled servos is wouldn't take 3 weeks to get a set made. Also, there wouldn't be much need to test them. To call it semantics is a little deceptive.

These servos are totally different than your regular MKS ones. These servos are built to Charley's specs. So far they kick butt, the 8 volts tail servo rocks.

After I fly for 8 minutes The rudder servo is not even hot, heck it's not even warm. I think they will do great . So far, So good.
