I had a call from a Technical Supervisor at Horizon on Thursday, sorry, I can not remember his name. Will post if I can get it again.
He went over my problem, and was very helpful, and agreed that this does not seem right. He has promised to call me next week after he talks to his people there.
He has said that the will take care of me and make this right. I really did appreciate this, as some times you do not even get an email back, but this was a phone call with an appreciative person on the other end. It was great!
Just passing along the good as well, so that all know the score. |
