I have a Vision ultimate and as i had a poorly machined head unit I emailed both the main address and the US address to obtain a new unit. This is as per the website instructions. I have heard nothing back from the main company.

I did get an email from from Chris at rcheliworkz saying that he was the new distributor and would pass on the information to the parent company.
Nothing has been heard since.
Have any RRmembers had a response from HQ ?

More days at home would be nice!

No luck for me either. I have sent two times question regarding the free upgrade parts and how the get those (ie where to send the coupons and serial numbers).

I didnt get an answer too.
I think they have a lot to do in this time....
But they should work on ther customer service..espacialy on the communication....if they give an email adress to write to...they should answer the mail in at least one week.

I think if you email the USA email you will get a response but the main one...no chance. That is poor service considering i am waiting for a known faulty part to be replaced.
I have pre-oredered the competition in the USA and it is ready for shipping but i asked for them not to send it till the free upgrades for the older model arrive so i can have it all at once.
Chris from rcheliworkz has so far given good service and says he will take care of the situation.
ELYQ YOU NEED MORE THAN 1 PERSON GIVING GOOD SERVICE TO GET OVER THIS POOR START

I was told they were poor at communicating with Readyheli when they were a distributor!

More days at home would be nice!

whem i've bougth the Ultimate I ask for a replace of the Head and only after 5 months, with the help of a portuguese store i've recived the new head.

Yes Anguera is the oficial distributor for Spain and Portugal, acording to Alessandra.
But at Ely.Q web site you canīt get any information about that!!!!!
Could this be an "window" of how they care about the people who buy their helis.

Well , had an email from ElyQ. They were at least sorry for the delay. Craig and Chris are looking after my problem so at least things moving in the correct direction. Let us hope they appear more in the forums.

OK, problem solved.
Just had an email from Chris at http://www.rcheliworkz.com/ to say that the replacement head is on the way out to me.

It is nice that at last I am starting to get somewhere with the customer service from ElyQ and their distributors. Chris has done a great job of keeping me informed during the wait and am looking forward to getting the new head in my machine.

More days at home would be nice!
