Check for interaction in the swash at high and low stick. Best to have a swash leveling tool. Do the regular setup at mid-stick, servo horns 90degs. to cases mechanically as close as possible, subtrim to fine tune. Go full stick and use servo endpoints to level swash at this position. Same for low stick. Maybe it will help with your problem, it should be a part of setup anyway. Hope this helps.
