My Posts This: Topic Forum | In the early daysThe rotary engine as fitted to the likes of the Mazda RX7 used to suffer terribly from rotor tip wear,used to drink fuel and were very hard to start when worn.Time has moved on and new technology in their construction has made them very reliable.I expect though that without precise fuel managment(as in fuel injection) they would still drink fuel. We willl probably have to wait a while for that
