| Now that is a crock. There are several people at century that are very knowledgable of thier products and have great technical abilitys. If it wasnt for 2 of them I wouldnt of stayed with helis as lasg as I have.

Sorry to disagree, I work at a shop and we have given up phoning or e-mailing them about causes of issues a customer may be having, different set-ups (e.g. FAI or 3D), setting gyros etc. on their helis, even about parts differences between different versions, and seldom got the right answer.
Fortunately, a phone call, e-mail or a PM here to Oldfart, their Canadian bloke, always got me the info we required. Just check out the many informative articles on OF's company web site and you will see what I mean.
As for other helis, radios, gyros, servos and engines that Heli-World sell (e.g. Hirobo, JR, Futaba etc.) you will find the people at Heli-Proz south have ions more knowledge of them then do the average Heli-world data processor.
I am not saying they are lacking completely in knowledge, all I am saying is there are many others that are readily available that have a lot more. |
