FYI "FAIFA" which read Fai-Fa in Thai means "electric"

Yeah, and also the swashdriver is not paralel to the blade grips - this should give some interesting disturbance?

all the driver have to do is to drive the swash and not bind at any extremes

Dunno what flybarless system or tail gyro etc using, but some odd bounces on the disc on hard loading and tail was really bumping around, you could really hear it on that video. Maybe the machine is ok, but their system was not tuned well with their flybarless outfit...

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

>>Great pictures one question look at the linkage from swash to main blade holder hmmm they are straight up, this cant be correct.<<

If they are using a flybarless electronic stabilizer then they can adjust the phasing of the rotor head setup to compensate for the angle of the pushrods.

Look at the new crop of entry level coaxial helicopters. They all have their flybar shifted 45 degrees in reference to the rotor blades. The eFlite mSR is the same way.

I have done some experiment on the 45 degree offset rotor head and came out with some interesting results. For more information look at a thread on the aerial photography forum and some images from my gallery.

Sorry for the thread jack.

Thank you for clarify this. Do you think it will matter in srimok depending how you setup this linkage.

It doesn't matter what brand of helicopter the setup is used. Mechanically it may improve the stability of the helicopter. I am still at a loss as far as the theory is concern but real world testing has proved that moving the swash plate phasing a certain way improves stability.
