This screen isn't even supposed to be available for another 5 days.

hmm, wasn't the 10C made to compete with the X9303? Wonder if this will replace the 9303 and stay at the $600 price point.

I anticipate a drop in used 9303 prices

Yeah, one of the big virtues of JR is that made in Japan quality. The 12X is just solid as a rock and so well made. It will be interesting to see and feel the build quality on this unit. It looks fascinating.

I zoomed in an got a closer look.

I see there is a feature that allows you to choose RF Power On or Off.

The green light means it isn't transmitting, the blue light means it is.

ie.... You can have a conventional frequency module inserted and it will give you the option of RF on or off (just like the PCM12X & 2720 / 7202) or change over to the 2.4 GHz module with integral antenna and use a blanking plug for the conventional antenna.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		My understanding is that the European and Asian markets get the digital throttle trim, US gets the analog throttle trim. This is why the US gets the X9303 and the rest of the world gets the 9X. I prefer the manual throttle trim, one of the bonuses going from the DX7 to the X9303.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		looks nice, if it has switch assignability, digital throttle trim, and nice swash menu i may consider one to switch to from my 12fg. I don't know why anyone would want an analog throttle trim, that's what a kill switch is for.

How does one interpret this?




The basic philosophy is "User-Friendly."
Easiness to use succeeds to a great PROPO.
It is not caught in the common sense of the current PROPO.
it is designed from "0" again.
and 11ch quite new PROPO is born.


I've got a few ideas.

The easy, intuitive programming JR users are accustomed to,
but nothing like JR currently has to offer. Something new.

Designed from "0", meaning something new, designed from the ground up and not based on the programming of an existing radio.

Maybe this does mean it will have all of those features such as switch assignability, single switch D/R, timer, throttle cut switch and other programming features that former spoiled Futaba users have been longing for since the day they dumped their Futaba radio for a DX7 3 years ago.

Obviously I'm pretty excited about this radio.

3 years is enough time wasted. Taking a break for a while.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		All these facilities may well be on the JR's Home market & "other" export maarkets, BUT it is up to Horizon as to what you guys end up with.

Digital trims are quite the norm on most JR transmitters (apart from the top of line transmitters) but if HH wants analogue throttle trim, then that's what HH imports & sells.
