Wow. All I can say is wow. I'm interested.

I wonder how long before this is released in the United States (if ever).

3 years is enough time wasted. Taking a break for a while.

Ahhh now I see Dood

YES this looks pretty dam cool, can't wait till there is more info out there on this radio. If it has the speed of the DX7-SE but obviously with quality gimbals and features, I am in!

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

Look closely at the picture. It looks as if the 2.4 antenna is mounted to a module.

I'm thinking there may be a module/integrated option similar to what is being offered with the 12X.

My crystal ball would yield the following;

Refreshed Tx design, back lit, 2048 DX7 series with roller programming
Including the 'se' model.

Back lit and some software change on X9303.

NEW Tx entry. The 11X pictured above is probably "it".

Timing prognosis: all or at least SOME of the above will be announced at the Chicago show later this month.

My source ----- my imagination ----- simply seems to make sense as the DX7 is the oldest currently sold release and, well, .. Time marches on and there has been a lot of "give us a new physical Tx design JR" comment over the last few years. This applies also to Spektrum.

If it does happen to be the 11X as shown above you will have to admit that it IS new and different !!
NOT having seen the real 11X I can only say that I am so old that I well remember the Chrysler Airflow. It was supposed to be "Ten years ahead of its time".
Bloody thing didn't look any better ten years later !

Unfortunately there is no such thing. Close, yes but there has to be a time element even if it is at the speed of light.
The DX7se is very close @11ms. With that we've reached the point where it would be all but impossible to 'feel' a lower latency level.

For advertising and making you wish to change from your existing 11ms frame rate ----- well, that is possible.

I am puzzled by what appears to be a set up for both MHz antenna and the 2.4GHz on the back.
IMHO that would NOT be a step forward.

It is possible that it is Photo Shop as it definitely is NOT a photo!

Time will tell.

Agreed! Looks sweet! I'm very happy with my X9303 but if I had the extra cash, I would definitely get this simply because it looks so futuristic! And because of that, I KNOW it'll automatically make me a better pilot simply by touching it!!!

...now where was I, dh/dt = BS-dx/dt
I will fly you forever... till earth do us part
