I went to our local phone company and they had a pile of loose lipo cells. I said what the heck! Ill make me a 2S3P for my hornet, First flight I was hovering in the gym during the winter checking out my handy work. 2 min into the flight, the pack seam to dump. no warning, just dump and the heli wouldnt fly. let it sit for 2 min plugged in and scratching my head. I ramped the head back up and notice my power was good again. huh? while trying to scratch my head while flying. 1 1/2 min later, it dumped again. thought about it and also let it sit 2 min and same thing except a shorter flight than the last until it was discharged 5 flights later
This explained what we had back in the day when Charlie said about the break in with 2 5S4P 5300S
