My Posts This: Topic Forum | You can cut the new torque tube to adjust the length. I usually just use some arrow shafts for replacement torque tubes, and JB Weld then dogbones in. To make the measurements, I usually just insert the dogbones into the couplers and install the boom into the block. Once inserted, I measure the exposed boom. Then, I remove the torque tube from the boom and repeat the measurements. Add 1/8" to the difference, and this will be the amount to cut off of the torque tube. |
