Hey there folks.
As I've mentioned in another topic, I'm back to the Protos, finally! I really missed it. 
So, I thought I'd catch some shots of the assembly process and here we go. Not quite done yet, but almost :-)
To answer two of your questions right away:
1) Yes, I installed the servos wrong in first place, but swapped them later. 2) My ESC leads are quite long, I'll cut them down as soon as I know where the battery needs to go.

I'm really happy with my tail. No slop, but still just as easy as it can get. For the main rotor head, I'm still working on it, but had to grind a little off the seesaw brass nut, to eliminate sideways slop. Great now. Will have to mess with the ball cups some more, they have play. Oh, and my flybar was bent right away. That's why I hate them and went to FBL on my last one! :-)
