Hey guys, any suggestions on how to properly remove my tailbox bearings? I need to replace them, they've become notchy.

Destroying my tail yesterday didn't help

Same as motor bearing, put it in the oven at 350 for about 6 to 7 mins. Should come out fairly easy then.
