I read in another forum that there is a E500 on the way. Has anyone seen more information or photos of this new helicopter?

Time to think about building a flybarless Raptor E500. It would be nice if TT would start offering their helicopters with an optional flybarless head. The new Kasama helicopter comes in two versions.

+1

That has the potential to be TT’s most popular helicopter. The T-rex 500 is definitely popular. Seams like everyone has one even if they are mainly nitro flyers.

Ok all you Team Raptor factory reps – what’s the word and will it be out in time for Christmas?

My e550 is rather heavy. Close to a Trex 600 weight with the big battery I put into it.

If the e500 is a 430mm blade heli with a weight sub 1800g , that would be interesting.

Seems like my EXI 500 is my heli with the best power to weight ratio.

My e550 is a tank but when I fly it, it's so stable (comparatively) that I feel like I'm cheating or something.

My e550 is 2.54kg fully loaded and ready to fly which I think is quite good, I have to say I will be disapointed if I can no longer buy parts for my 550. I have my trex 500 which is also on vbar and it has gobbs of power , probably to much really, thing is I still prefer to fly e550 when possible.I will still be very interested to see when thunder tiger jump on the electric race as i really think this is where its going to be at in the future.

I can't imagine they'd not stop selling parts. e550 is based on the raptor .30 and I can still get Raptor .30 V1 parts.

I'm actually thinking about putting V-Bar on my E550 next summer. I don't know which I'd do first though. The E550 or the Logo 500.

My original plan was actually to get a Logo 400 V-Bar first (I don't have that size yet) and then depending on how I like it, upgrade the E550 or L500.

An E500 would complicate this further.

More choices is always good though.

Logo 500 3D / E550 Raptor / E325 mini-Titan / T-Rex 250 / Blade CX-2 / Blade mCX

I would be willing to bet money that given TT's way of naming helicopters by the blade length that the heli will be probably a little bigger than a TRex500 but not as big as the Swift.

TT will probably call it the E430 to follow their naming convention. I would expect that it will be about the same size as the Trex 500 because that’s what has the top sales numbers these days.

Has anyone found more information on any of the Asian forums?
