My Posts This: Topic Forum | Well, this was my first Joker build. Did good aside from putting all the bearings into the tailblade grips and thinking that the screw slide into the grips to secure them on the hub. Remember me asking you about that last night?lol
Finally realized that they don't go through the grips, they screw on last before sliding the grips on. My biggest enemy in this hobby is removing bearings. I did the whole "oven" thing for a couple of hours. Heating, tapping, cooling, heating etc.... Got them to the end of the grips but both collars got wedged. This required me to have to punch them out which destroyed my thrust bearings.
There ya go!
Rael got in touch and said they are the right ones so..... just a minor hiccup.
