rather than posting this publically why didn't you handle it with AHF USA directly?

sometimes web sites have glitches and simple communication with their respective customer service rep is usually all that is needed to resolve the problem.

it is probably a simple issue that you're publically blowing out of proportion.

whatever the case, no one on here except for AHF USA can fix your problem. So thanks for sharing, but us non-AHF USA employees can't help you.

chis at ahf is fixing it all now and making improvements on the site. he seems like a good guy to do business with. this heli is great and i hope anyone who is looking at it gets one,they will not be sorry .heli is so solid and smooth. i cannot wait till this weekend to fly it again!!
