I have a whirlybird (vario) helicopter. I would like to talk to someone who would be able to copy the frame and other frame sections into a cad program to allow additional pieces to be cut. This is in an attempt to obtain back up CF frame sections in the event of a crash, etc. Anyone interested, what would this cost?

If you can get the frames scanned, you could then send the files to
Bfcarbon (an RR advertiser) who does exactly this. Getting the frames
scanned is cheaper then having to mail the frames back and forth (especialy from Hawai !).

we can also accept a 1:1 scan and cut from G10 or CF.
