Why can't you buy AC-3X in US ?

Even without distributor you can buy directly in Germany, don't you ?

Yes, I think you can buy them direct from abroad.

i started with a nt , and after 2 weeks i also ordered a mpxlv91 .
now , almost 3 years later i did a huge checkup/cleanup/maintenace on the mp , it had over 250 flights , and nothing is worn out , xcept for the TANK !!
the tank got almost 4 little holes in it from sitting tight under the main shaft and the one way bearing block-bolts have almost sanded theyre way through the surface .
the mp seems to be hard on the servos aswell , they develope play faster then if they where fittet on a trex700 . [compared to 2 othere flyers whe fly trex'es]
i really like the mp , it is awesome on the power and neutral flying charactaristics , but i definatly like the nt more .
it is currenly sitting in my garage waiting for repair , but it is my best heli ever .
i even asked jan henseleit ince how much mony it takes to order all the parts in one buy [so a whole new nt , since he sells all the parts but no kits ] .
but the q about 'would you do it all over ' , hmm i would like to say yes , but they are so damn expensive , i dont know . if i had a lot of money i would own like 8 nt's :]

I contacted AC-3X directly, and they said they WOULD NOT ship a unit to the US. They will only ship to the EU, and the recommended I make a friend in the EU who would buy the unit from them, and then have that friend ship it to me.

Easier to just buy a V-bar from ReadyHeli.

Well I guess I can answer my own question now since I bought the 3DMP and saw how well it is made and also the way it is designed for CG ,low profile etc,I recently bought a TDR.What great machines both are,although they fly differently both are fun.I had painted the MP canopy myself and though it looks good its hard to see so I always take it easy,the TDR is yellow with red comet and is extremely easy to see and I always feel confident flying the TDR.
Has anyone put another motor besides an OS SZpump in an MP91? Mine has the Cline mod but still is a little fiddly on the needles.It makes mad power but it also is a bit of a shaker,I know HZ parts can be put in the SZ but why not just use a newer HZ with pump?There was a bit of talk about reinforcing the tank to take muffler pressure from a non pump engine but I never found any more info on that.Its kinda nice having an electric now,just plug it in...GO! 500 dollar battery pack... not so nice.Geoff

Yes i would have just to have had one..but to be honest im reserved with it..afraid to fly it like i do my trex 700..I actually enjoy flying the trex better then the TDR to expensive to fly the way i do usually

German cars "feel" nice when driven and generally handle well too as opposed to feeling cheap and pop can like with a lot of Asian cars.I'm not comparing reliability here, just feel and handling.Henseleits have it all though.
