What's the trick to getting the bearings out of the end of the seesaw? I tried heating it in the oven but they won't budge.

You may have to use more localized heat, i.e., butane torch. Also a small arbor press really does come in handy for many jobs on the N9 and any heli really. I use mine often.

Are you doing the double bearing mod or just changing bearings?

I used a old allen wrench on mine, kinda hooked it on the inside. I had to cut it with a dremel to fit inside.

Take a screw driver and pry them out slowly. Work all the sides and after a few mintues you will get them out. No heat is needed.
