I am working with ElyQ to try and do a box cut out. Kind of like a cereal Box type offer, in case you cant come up with a cash receipt. You cut the UPC code off box and send it in. But it has not been approved yet. But if you dont have a box, then I guess that discounts that Idea.

But a Credit Card Receipt should be very easy to obtain.

To the seller of the kit or to Ely.Q?
I'm asking this questions to the UK seller and to Ely.Q in Italy, and nobody gave me a clear answer!!!!
And about the price less the rebate my seller toll me "The kit will be £225, then you get the rebate from ELY Q directly." Does it works like that in US?????

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i am waiting from an answer from Chris at rcheliworks. I have faxed him the form. He has my pre-order so can just cut the code off the box and save me the hassle of a rebate.

On another matter. I have a poorly machined head on my elyq v2 and the website says contact the distributor for a free replacement as it is a known fault. I have heard nothing from ELYQ HQ! Here i am investing in a second machine..ok at a very reasonable price..but it would be nice if someone got back to me.

I think they have a long way to go on customer service. At this point though, the price of the kit makes me carry on regardless. There will come a time though when people will not want to pay full price for a kit with poor service from the manufacturer.
my 2 pence.

More days at home would be nice!

Not Your problem Chris as you are not the distributor but a vendor! I am waiting for the replacement head for the Ultimate V2!As it is not part of the free upgrade for the old model it has to come from ELYQ.

More days at home would be nice!

Chris, just wanted let you know you are doing a great job. Just be careful not to take too much of this on yourself. It won't do any of us any good if you go broke. This isn't baby food or medicine. We can afford to be patient and let Ely Q get their quality up to par. It's always tough with a new start up. Thanks for getting the form out there and answering our questions.
