There is never anything on the Beam page!! Are they that good?? I'm hoping the answer is yes, being short a TX, batts and charger to get mine airborne.

You will not be disappointed with your beam. Its a great heli. I think that with most of the fun flys done for the year and ircha just gone by, many people are taking a break from flying or are rebuilding. Check back often, and there will be new discussions. Or start one yourself(again).

weird for me. It's year round here of course. Like golf. When I go back to Michigan, I always ask my little brother "doesn't it suck to have to put your clubs up after5-6 months??" (and he's a scratch golfer). His answer: "no by that time I'm burned out and am ready for deer season." Here we have very little sense of time or season. It sounds great to people up north, but it gets very boring sometimes and I really miss the autumn. Plus by now we've had a min. of 5 months of 95 degree/99% humidity days and probably have 1-2 months left of it before it gets nice around thanksgiving.

I've crashed my beam 4 times. Each time cost me about $25 or less. Repairs were done in a night. No complaints here!

I'm back...God please help me be nice to my wallet!
