I tested the new 600mm blades today on my L600-Vbar, was waaaay too fast for me, didnt like them, felt unstable because they where that fast (had to dial down the vbar alot)

Good bite though, extremly good, but I'm going back to SAB Reddevils or Edge (with higher pitch since edge has alot less bite)

For anyone that want lightning speed cyclic, those blades are for you.

Currentdraw on the VBlades was about same as Edge & RedDevils.

I also gave the new 600's a ride a buddy just got.
They are FAST, Cyclic crack is there, Governor loading is easily done by poor collective management (I found that out), Head speed increased on my settings over the Radix SB's due to lighter weight.

Overall opinion is if your flying super fast 3D these are going to be the blades, As far as the "V-Blade" crack yes it's back!
If your somewhere in between learning 3D and doing upper level 3D these blades leave little room for error on non aggressive cyclic movement.

In closing, I am not a "3D Master", Yes I can toss it around but found the blades advanced beyond my level of flying. I hope to earn the ability to put them through the paces once I get better at this game.

(I was honest at least!)

I tried the 600mm New Vs as well, same opinion as Mr. Mel. I have no 600mm flybar machine to test on, but honestly did not like the feel of them on flybarless at all. They may however be just fine and bees knees for someone with flybar, I don't know.

If I remember correctly there are two new types of V-blades. They both look the same however one flys more radical by means of less weight and a forward CG. I was told that Daniel Jetshin was flying the less radical new style blades with his FBLs Logo's. May be worth checking into.

Yeah, that sounds about right. But again, Bert mentioned that there will eventually be two versions available so anyone running FBL will be able to use the more tame version with good results.

well dont rule out the new blades on flybarless. Like a very good friend said to me, HC , you can make any blade work well on a FBL machine. Tune it is all

Nah, they are too fast, sure you can tune it, but a more stable blade to start with is much better, those V's are too fast, its inheritable unstable (too fast), when you tune it down, you loose resolution.
