You beat me to the punch. Was just about to post and saw you had already posted the vid. I am the developer and I will answer all the questions below...

1. The game releases first thing Friday 12 Midnight PST.

2. Yes, it does work with iPod Touch and iPhone . In fact, we made it so it works well with 1st gen iPhone and the newer, faster versions. The video you see is on a 1st gen iPhone (slow processor) and it still handles it quite nicely. Newer iPhones and Touch's play game even more smooth. If you buy on iPod touch, no lame ATT cell contract!

3. WE ARE NOT HELI FLYER. I have no comments to make about that "Sim" but, rest assured ours is fun, addictive and NOTHING LIKE it....NOTHING.

4. Because iPhone and iPod Touch's are still new, we could not do everything we wanted to do at launch because we wanted to make accessible to serious RC Heli Pros and non-modeler gamers. We believe you will find the controls good.

5. There are three camera views you can fly in
1. Gaming view: camera follows behind heli
2. "Real" View Heli is flown from perspective of person in room.
3. In cockpit: Like 1st person where you are in heli.

6. There are 3 Game Modes:
1. Tutorial (which y'all in this forum probably won't need)
2. Free Flight: Fly through the house and enjoy.
3. Race Mode: Collect the coins and get the best times possible on 6 tracks.

7. Other Awesome Stuff:
1. Global Leaderboard
Local leaderboard (beat yoself!)
2. Post (brag) times to Facebook and Twitter.

That's just the thing. You as a developer can't post it here as that is a free advertizement. It is against the RR policy. We as users can post it provided it does not have advertizement banners in them.

This will be the first of many RC Heli Games we make in this series. We wanted to make this one accessible to as many as possible so it is modeled after a 3 Ch Micro Heli. Down the line, we will have a pro version in the works.

That said, here are the answers to your questions:
1. $1.99 introductory price (Fri-Sun only). Regular price will then go to $2.99.
2. Yes, We are starting with a fixed pitch heli. Collective pitch coming much later down the line in pro version.
3. You cannot flip inverted in this version. That will either be in an update (with a new heli) coming soonish or in the Pro version depending on complexity.

Sorry for the Delay. There are actually quite a few ways to play. It was made based on 3 CH Micro Helis. It sims very well off that. Left stick., right stick, Mode 1 and Mode 2. Can also use accelerometer (tilt) instead of pitch/rotation thumstick.
