Anybody going to be flying up at Snohomish on Saturday? I was thinking of making the trek up there. I'm down in the South end (Federal Way).

I was wondering if I could get some help dialing in my Fury and help getting the governor going. It's close but seems to be some interaction problems.

Thanks,

Jeff

To hover is divine, the alternative is rather PLANE.

Good luck!

Is the platform strapped on or drop away once the 'works are spent? I believe that's what Scott Gray does, he flies around like a comet & once they're done, drops the plaform via a servo & does his 3D nightflying thing.

Doesn't the fire ruin your night vison once they're finished?

Oh, where did you get those industrial igniters?

Ta.

Just a Thought!
If you want to see a heli shooting off a bunch (at least 30 or 40)...
I just watched the VHS tape "7th annual Heli-Imternationals 2000 Columbus, Ohio and IRCHA Jamboree". Presented by SKS video productions. Near the end there is a night flying event and one of the many helis puts on a pirotechnics display.

Uh oh!

Maybe it exploded in flight and he is too ashamed to tell us.....

I bet he is trying to produce an academy award winning video of the flight with .99 production software.

The night flying/fireworks event went well.... I will post video soon.

My switching device worked, but not for all four fireworks...

I would love to get some ideas from the guys in here who are electrically inclined.... Someone mentioned a switch that would reset itself each time it was turned on or off and go to the next "channel" that would be ideal, then I could just use an on aoff switch....

Give me some ideas here!!

I'll take one of each flavor -- and if they come with the meat, I like Tenderloins, but will settle for New York's.

I would have just made a wiper on top of a servo disk. The wiper would contact the four different wires to the ignitors

Connect the servo to a channel that had a dial and rotate it to the next "bang".

OK smartasses.... Here's the deal. I got some good video of the fireworks.... couldn't transfer it to PC. I sent the actual tape to Augusto and he will be able to do it. I bought a new videocam that was in MMV format. For those of you in the market for a new video cam DO NOT BUY MMV FORMAT!!!!!! It sucks...very hard to work with on PC. Stick to miniDV. I returned this camera and purchased a TRV 33..Much happier

Aug should have the tape by the end of this week...

One more tease... I have a very large amount of fireworks left.....
