My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Ok, We are taking over the Westerville field again this year on September 19th. Just show up, hang out, and fly all you want. A fair amount of people have already committed.

Here are the rules...

9AM to whenever.
AMA required
No Fees
Channels 20, 21, 49, and 50 are not allowed if anyone is still using those.
The current plan is to just order pizza for lunch. Recommended donation of 5 bucks.
I will have ice cold sodas and water available. (for donation)

So does 9-whenever mean possible night flying, or is there a curfew? If spotlight flying is legal there, someone should bring some big flashlights! Well, I'll see you if i see ya

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		We can definately night fly there! Its a fairly dark background but there are a few lights. The only issue is when cars turn into the parking lot they tend to shine their lights on the field. Not a big deal though.

In the past we've always just gone to dinner in the evenings and most people don't end up staying late enough to night fly since its only a one day event. I might be up for some night flying though if anyone wants to stick around!

I went to Lexington last weekend and me and Finless found out how easy flashlight flying is... so figured if one or two spots were brought by somebody Sat, we could have a little fun. As long as you get good followers behind the lights, lol. I don't have a heli setup for regular night flight.
