i-like-it
I said i "prefer" the traditional skids. Nothing to do with the strength etc of the original. I do not like the toe-in on the skids.
Not that i havent crashed plenty, i have, but not on landing.

er, how can you crash but not on landing? Surely every crash is due to an improper landing you mean you were not trying to land at the time of the crash lol

By the way, the mod looks ugly. Such a nice piece of engineering should deserve the original landing gears.. LOL..

Why not just buy another set of landing gear and then double up the cf over the stock cf gear? That way you still got the look but double the strength.

Here's a idea why not have plastic landing gears just like the stock CF ones but made of plastic as an option.

Good idea, try TAP plastics, they are in NorCal. I dont think plexiglass will work, way too brittle. Maybe something like the plastic on motorcycle parts, maybe like the KTM license plate hangers sold by Enduro Engineering. Hmmmm...
