I leave the optimizer on the cyclic on all the time because it takes about 3 flights to choose a setting. By contrast, I leave the tail optimizer off because it changes the setting in about 30 seconds. The way I have found to do the tail optimizer is to fly as many pitch pumps and piros as you can for about 2 minutes, land immediately and unplug your heli, and then go in the computer and turn off the tail optimizer. Otherwise, you'll be doing some hovering for 30 seconds and then try to do a flip or something and the tail will blow out because the optimizer has optimized itself only for hovering.

As for the trim flight, wait until you have a day with zero wind. Otherwise it will be worse than it already is. The way you can tell the trim is off is when you do a piro and the heli doesn't stay in one place.

Strange VBAR setup for the Srimok

blingbling raptor,

Your swash servos should have channel 1 in the rear. Also I am really suprised that you are able to run cyclic ring and cyclic gain that high with no binding.

I send a message to Mr kasama and the reply was:

Hi Richard

I use 55-58 degree for phase angle.
After finished setup, you should testing by rotate main blade to 90 degree with tail boom and then mave elevator. Swatchplate should be tilt at mixing arm rod position.

Regards,
KASAMA

You're cyclic gain and cyclic ring seem very low. Also, you do not have the latest software. I am going to send you a file.

Give me a pm with your email and I send you a v-bar file
This is version 4,017 so the best if you want the uppdated file into your v-bar is to download from mikado and start from scratch so you have both version 4,018 in the heli and computer. But there is not much different between these so it is up to you.

I apologize

I should have posted this a month ago when I figured it out. Vbar does not love the Cyber head in it's stock fashion. And we know that the outer hole on the mixer is all we get. But, if you reduce the length of the ball on the static side of the mixer things turn out really nice for VBAR. Get a 6mmx3mm ball.

I kept sending people my vbar file and no one could figure out why my head wasn't binding. I forgot to mention the simple mod.

Fly X Cell,

Where did you sourced M3 x 4.95mm x 6mm Linkage ball?

Kasama Srimok doesn't contain any of them, either any ball link's weren't sold as a spare part.

I haven't checked another KSM head sets yet for this one

Sorry but I dont understand how this can be more cyclic range with less angle in swash plate, I have now 12 pitch and 11 cyclic and with full stick my swash almost contact the swash plate drive arm and bottom stick with full cyclick the ballink from swash plate drive arm is very near the swash plate so for me I can not understand how you can add more angle. I will take some photos tomorrow hope that make more sense what I mean.
If I understand you correct your mod is to change original ball M3x4,95x6,5 to M3x6 and M3x4,95x5 to M3x6
