Yes, I agree. Thanks for helping. I'll be out of town for a couple of days but when I return I plan on tinkering with my quark to figure out whats going on with it. I'll be sure to post any results...

Another BRRRT video

No art involved here, just BRRRT documentation!

I've got at least 100 flights on mine and I've not seen or heard of this issue.

I'm not sure it warrants a document like the one you've written to get a response from MRC.

Actually it's Hirobo's response we're seeking.

Hirobo is the manufacturer, MRC is the distributor and it is MRC's responsibility to handle issues like this. This is why Hirobo has an agent in the US.

MRC Didnt do me any favors.Believe me....Mine QUARK had out of the box issues. After sending it back and paying for that and pay for it to get back to me..Its still so unstable its unreal. Now they wanted it back again...For get it i can see this Quark has Issues..Now i have to settle for a in store credit instead of getting a refund from the manufactor....I hope you get better RESULTS then i did when.THE OTHER SIDE HAS THE ISSUE......Tim at mrc didnt have the right answers for me either....I wanted a refund on a product they said was fine...This didnt happen months ago this was all within a week occurance. All i got from tim was will get it pick up and test it again..Why test again u just did .I fired up the heli per my last post ...Thing was all over the map,,I asked for my money back from a company that said there product was fine..Ok fine for you.But not for me .A customer that just bought this heli 1 week ago ...Thanks tim ...Now its back to amain at the cost to me of another 35 bucks to get this settled..I have 100 buck in shipping .I am the big loser here...Unreal...

Has anyone thought about using some silicone sealant to reduce the slop in this joint whilst retaining flexibility? Surely, given this is just a 'straight though' connection, a great deal of flexibility isn't required?

I put a little Tri Flow oil on the tail bushings and down into the tail boom. It seems to have helped a little.

My Quark is only a few months old. I wonder if a different coupler can be used. I still need to take mine apart and look at it. I just don't have the time...
