My Posts This: Topic Forum | StatisticsIf you don't have any hot starts expect the clutch liner to last about 400 flights. I had my liner replaced at 400 flights due to the clutch enguagement getting higher than expected.
As I type my clutch is in the mail coming back from Minair. I had it overhauled at 735 flights as the bearings got shot and it started making some noise and the bell was wobbling on the shaft. I had Bob put in some new bearings (not all were needed), a new shaft, and replace the liner anyways since I expected it to be 65 flights from needing a new liner. Bob did measure the liner and he said it was within tolerance but getting close to the edge of being worn. I said I know, in 65 flights it would have been probably due, so please replace it now while you have it.
My flights are 15 to 20 minutes each, average I'd say at least 15 minutes. Just saying so you know its about 100 hours life on the liner(400 flights) and about 175 hours on the bearings.
