Hey everyone -

I've just done a major update of the site - there are now over 1,750 servos in the database!

rudyy - here are Align Servos

robhurlin - here are Savox Servos

Thanks for all of the nice feedback.

Thanks for bringing this about. Very Samaritan of you!

I would think the HobbyCity servos would also be a worthwhile addition...

Servo DB

Awesome job so far...
I just ran into it and bookmarked it!!

Great idea..especially the comparison..love it...

Only issue i saw is when i search the results come up empty
examples..
Your search - 9202 - did not match any documents
our search - 9252 - did not match any documents.
Your search - DS420 - did not match any documents.

And i know those servos are in the DB...

one more hint when your playing with code thinking of added features

You did a nice job with the Paging and querying by criteria but you limit the results to 25 per page always

it would be well suited to allow all the results on one page..this way one can find the fastest servo with little issue..or lightest...

maybe a "Display All Results" and Display 25 Results type of field would be nice

great job regardless...

pkfrizzlefry - to find the fastest or lightest servo you can click on the column header (e.g. "Speed" or "Weight") and it will sort all of the servos by that attribute.

Very nice. Well laid out app and the app seems to be coded very well based on performance. Great work man.

What platform did you code it in? Asp.Net?

Very nice! Thanks for putting the time in. Any way you could code a "Servo Builder" With either drop down menues or links?

Like.........

Type: Digital
Gears: Metal
Voltage: 7.4
Length: 5.7
Width: .59

And on and on motor type, height, speed ect. And it would narrow the list based on your selections. What do you think? Depending how you program it, could be as easy as a table search. If you used tables or fields.

scott011422 - I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying, but doesn't the advanced servo search do what you want?

Ahh PHP. My preference. I did not dig too deep into it. At first glance it looked some ASP.NET formatted gridviews. Very nice work.
