What would be a good servos for the cyclet and the tail. This poor heli has two differt servos on the cyclet and is very nose heavy with a 5000 4s all the way forwords.

Even basic Futaba S-3001 servos are an improvement over the stock ones used. But I have found the S-3151 digitals to be a good well priced servo for use on the Swift 16 (basically what you have there with the lower power system/radio gear and gyro).

Next upgrade would be to a better TX, then a better gyro (like the GY240 or better yet, the GY-401/9254 combo.

The heli, motor and esc on your RTF are all pretty darn nice - the electronics are the weak components overall.

ANY "known name brand" standard servo will take you to the sky as they "rarely" fail out of the box.

How much money do you want to spend per servo? Flying style/goal?

Sort of speaking, there is no need for a super fast, metal gear, coreless motor, digital servo if not ever getting into competition.

So...I use Hitecs HS325HB on cyclics as they're fast enought for me. Check out THIS CHART for starters. They also have charts for futaba so do a spec to spec comparison and decide for yourself.

As for the gyro, anything with remote gain will do its job with its recommended compatible digital servo.

Extend the main blades and turn to form a cross when viewing heli from above.

Get a good grip on the head and main blade grips and pick up heli and turn it sideways while trying to maintain the main blades vertical.

The heli is balanced once head and tail level out. So in your case move battery back as its nose heavy and remember to readjust Tx pitch trim.

Best of luck!

Lets us know how it went.
