My Synergy has been sitting for 6 months, and I am finally finishing it.
I cant remember if the Collar goes on top of the main bearing block, or below it. I just put together the FBH Frames and man, they are sweet.

Below. I don't have Fueled by Hate frames, but if you put it on top, the bearing could eventually fall out of the block.

Yup, goes underneath. And you will notice the FBH frames have the holes in the perfect place to tighten the hypercollar..

One important thing no one has mentioned is that the end of the collar with the slight lip faces upward against the bearing so as to not bind it up..Common sense really but still can cause a problem if not installed properly..
