First you remove the 4 screws from each blade holder, then pull these, then use a 4mm wrench to remove the screws from the blade axle.
usually one of these screws come out nicely, the next stays put, I usually put the axle in a vice to remove the second bolt. Don't forget Loctite when you reassemble.
