wonder if someone can give advice on the tail unit assembly on new titan se ,the question is how tight should the tail pitch control fork be on the slider and bushing ,i find if its sort of snug tight the bearing is to tight to turn ,i have added a bit of lock tight to bushing thread and loosened it up a bit its slightly tighter than hand tight and running smooth ,concerned its not tight enough ,thanx

You have it right. The bearing needs to turn freely! I turned it until the bearing was slightly restricted, then backed off 1/8 turn. The locktite and rotation of the shaft will keep it together.

Make sure you give the locktite several hours to cure before flying it.

Better off using that tail rod to put the servo in the front.

I think that peice you're talking about, if its the same as the Titan (I havent had a good look at Tv2 yet) it goes on the very front of the servo tray and stabilizes the canopy from flopping back and forth.

ok they give you the tail pushrod for upfront ,but it doesnt fit the new type of pitch plate is in the way even if you take out the new pitch plate method and went with the old collective way it still cant fit ,because the way the elevator servo is put in its in the way and also open space were the rudder servo could go in is made the opposite way so no servo mounting screws can go in,so i had to put the rudder servo on the boom ,i also came across an issue with the throttle servo which goes slightly deeper into the frame causing the servo links and rod not to sit flush with the carb arm ,i will have to put a plate behind the servo to bring it out a bit
