I ahve a header off of an Enya 60X , will it work and perform ok on a OS 61 SF ?

Do you mean the bolts holes will be too close together ? The header will bolt up I already checked that .

The port on the engine is as measured 28mmx9mm

The port on header is as measured 18mmx9mm

With the header port being 10mm shorter is that an issue ? Seems to me it would choke the exhaust down , yes ?

Oh,you have a header with milled slots eh? It will work fine with the smaller hole.
