My Cobar on it's 1st flight at my friend house. The blue/gray cammo works way to good, it's very hard to see I think I will put this body on the shelf and get the sand colored one to see it better in the sky. Take care!

YEP,Beautiful body color as long as its not flying ! I would love to build a camo or scale type military fuselage but I know i can't keep up with it.They are just TOO hard to see when flying.

I flew it today a good ways up and away, it wasn't to bad. Nose and tail end got really fun a few times. I'd like to put a 4 bladed head and tail on it to make it into a Viper. Take care!

I have the exact same setup. Also found the camo works well in certain light. However, I like to keep my scale models in close, so this isn't too much of a worry.

You're right! On some days, if the light and sky is just right, it's not that bad. Looks like I'll have to do the same thing with my flying also. Take care!

camo

from my experience, flying in the morning, at my usual site, is better, when the sun is higher and more on the front of the model (I have the blue grey as well).

Stacked it recently in the arvo (about 3.30, not too late), just doing a normal circuit turn, about 15 meters away, and just couldn't see which way it was leaning. Not far away or doing anything fancy - all I could see was the shape. I was so peeved-off with myself.

Should have gone to the other side of the field so I was flying facing more away from the sun. Generally this is a before lunch flyer.
