Are you sure you have an SF? If it has a black head it is an OS 61 SFN-H. Crankcase is the same, everything else is different.

Then it is an OS61SFN-H. You need to get that manual. Parts from the SF will not fit.
The OS61SF-H has a natural aluminum head and is a long stroke motor. The OS61SFN-H is a short stroke motor.

I have an SFN-H engine and the manual. The engine only has the "SF" designation on the crankcase and a black rectangular head, thus the "blackhead" designation, from the late 80's - early 90's. I have the engine and the original box with instructions. If still needed I can scan and e-mail. It is basiclly an 8.5"x11" paper.

It should be very similar, what carb is on the motor? If it is an OS carb it will have a number on the front, such as 6B. And the header you are looking for will go to what pipe?

Yes, it has a custom modified 6B carberurator. The 6B carb tuning is on a separate instruction sheet. I can scan and try and attach, if you want?? I am not a computer whiz so if I can't do as an attachment. I will have to E-mail.

The header you have from the Enya really will work fine. Hatori has an inlet that is smaller than OS on all of there stuff that I have seen. People have reported that matching the header to the exhaust has made no difference in power. It might be because the inlet is still much bigger than the outlet
