I just watched the vid like 15 times, where can you see working tail blades?

Pause the video at the beginning and at the end. You can see them. At the end when he hovers, and then turns left and zooms away. RIght then you can see them if you pause it.

I got a helicopter for my girlfriend,
Hope she doesn't outfly me soon!

Definitely a motor driven tail. The pic is a little fuzzy, but you know what you are looking at..

I beg to differ. Look at the shape of the blades.. It's clearly FP.

oh you just mean spinning tail blades,I thought you meant adjustable pitch tail blades, sorry.

so its a motor driven fixed pitch tail

I've already done my sentence with an e-flite motor driven tail, never again

I imagine this is going to be a similar heli to the walkera 4#3 (which I have). fwiw I've owned the Blade CP as well, and the tail on the cheap little walkera is a lot more locked in than it ever was on the Blade CP. Just because one product stinks doesn't mean they all will.

The only thing stoppin me from pickin up the Novus CP is the lack
of DX6i support. Looks like that problem could be solved with this little lady. Jack the travel adjusts to 125% and see how fast I can bust it up good :-)

Depends on what is meant by 'working'. The tail blades are easy to see in the opening shot. If 'working' means blades that can change pitch, I don't see it either. However, if 'working' means blades that by their action counter torque, then yes it has a tail rotor motor and 'working' blades.

hmm, yep, I see that now - hope they make a cp version, though this does look like it'd be a lot more fun than the mcx. I hope it also uses the mcx batteries.

Hopefully when Eflite or "Horizon Hobby" releases this lil guy they have an ample supply of "spare parts" available and in stock. I'm not Bad-mouthing Eflite, just saying, they would have more satisfied customers. It will probably be released for the next Christmas season.
