My Posts This: Topic Forum | I’ve just been reading this thread and thought you might like to see how I cut my frames, I’ve only cut alloy this way but I’m sure with the right bit it would cut carbon, all I do is stick a paper drawing onto the sheet using wallpaper paste and drill holes in the internal cuts for the bit to start, clamp a hand router in the vice and then cut the sheet leaving the line on and finish it off with a file, it takes a while but the end result is worth it.

I was quoted something like £160 for a 1000 by 800 sheet, it was suggested I try using G10 circuit board from the electrical suppliers but I haven’t tried it yet.
