Before I fly my FBL machine I would like to upgrade the bearing blocks . I like the kasama blocks with the thrust bearings, but on the other hand I like the double bearing upper block that FBH has to offer .

What do you guys think ?

I am using the kasama clutch block with the FBH main blocks. It is the SMOOTHEST running heli I have ever had. A thrust on the main would be nice, but IMHO the double bearing upper block serve the purpose just as well.

I have ordered the FBH blocks . I like the idea of more support at the top . I might also add a thrust bearing later .

I tend to buy products from the "fueled by gotta pay rent" line. They have these awesome plastic blocks that work pretty good and have even been known to come with the kit including the bearings.

After a total rebuild and soup bowling of my N9 due to burned out 91SR and "fuel tank tsunami syndrome" I added the Kasama bearing blocks + clutch shaft stack block.
I also run the hyperhub and didn't do anything special during re-assembly (no dial indication) other than new motor (.91 HZ going from 91SR)

The tank is now completely still; all tail issues are gone, and she flies better than ever.

The damn thing used to always want to vibrate off the bench as soon as I started it and canopy screws + all other screws would vibrate off but now just purrs.

I don't know if it was previous building skills, the clutch block, mainshaft blocks, or motor but she is now perfect for what it's worth.

I only crash due to random planetary intervention
