My Posts This: Topic Forum | Software bundleIn Shanghai software bundles are sold with RF and Phoenix togeher with a universal dongle. While this package is expensive initially it also has its advantage (seems there is a common software distributor used by both companies in China). The major reason seems to be that the internet site is blocked for access, so only a hard copy software package can be installed. The policy for RF and phoenix seems to be challenging for China and the supliers use a different business model here. On the other hand it is good to see that these bundles are regularly updated and not too expensive (while free a least outside China for download from Phoenix). But I do not mind the incremental updating cost.
This way at least it is possible to enjoy both games - while both have their specific avantages, I use phoenix 2.0 more often. Therefore I vote for Phoenix (at least before I tried the beta version 2.5, which is no good....). |
