I have 401's on 2 "JR3400's" and 1 "JR290".

They work very well.

For me the perfect setting is 401 futaba servo 9650
and if youre runnig a very high rpm the like me gyro % is 64%

Beam E4,scorpion 2221-6 11t,A123 battery,Scorpion 55amp ESC,Carbon blades

401's...

The 401 works fine with the 3500g's ...

The gy401 works very well and really only reaches it's limitations when you start doing 3d like piro flips and piro funnels and fast backward flying mixed in with pirouetting...

The 401 holds the tail pretty well it just lacks in piro consistency through those moves...you willnotice it if you do piro flips...the tail moves faster in some parts of the rotation (inconsistent)

same with piro funnels...

This is why I recommended the Spartan ...it remains perfectly consistent through all those moves ...it's very small also...so it's great for small helis...
