| laughingstill rrProfessor | If you bought it off EBAY, you used Paypal right? If they don't take it back, file a claim with Paypal and get your money back that way. Don't let them take you for a ride........RonLogo 600 VBAR, and Mikado XXtreme!!!! | ||

| Greybird Veteran | Only buy from the reputable dealers. There are MANY to choose from. Look at the list of sponsors on this forum. E-Bay is asking for trouble. What did you save 20 bucks? Not worth it. | ||

| MotorRotor Heliman | As the other budget packs I have had, one did puff when I ran it past its 90% level. But after balancing and recycling it three times at a low charge rate (1 amp) it is back working fine. I now have 12 more flights on it. The other has over 40 now. IMHO, the key to any budget type of pack is to NOT EVER over discharge them. That said. I have found that the amp demand on battery packs for these larger electric helis (those using 500mm and longer blades) is very high. So now I only buy top rated batteries for my larger electrics. The 3 x three year old Flight Power 4S/3700mah/20C packs I have, not only give noticably more voltage under these relatively heavy loads, but also last a lot longer (I have 2 that have over 125 charges) and are much more tolerant of abuse. I have discharged them a few times now to 90% of their ratings and they did not puff!! But they do cost more then twice as much as the ones supplied in the RTF kits.and now i have a puffed lipo that is garbage | ||

| jamesppp Senior Heliman | These discount Ebay sellers may combine all the sub standard stuff that that has been sent back into one box and sell it at a discount...who knows...Maybe the factory where the kits are finalized forgot to feed the workers that day..You never know,.Hopefully they will take care of you. The ready to fly setup is marginal as far as electroniocs like servos anyway. If it arrived in the shape it should be in, a close look and thourough chek out session should be all yopu need to do to get it flying. Once you are past that stage, you have to buy some software to program the radio for more headspeed. Then, they sell hop up kit bundles to get the thing up tp the standard performance that IMO, it should be even for a first timer noob.I dont get why they dont overbuild the damn thing and make it where you you just install a different pinion, adjust the radio and install a better battery when you are ready...Charge more money but get it rightOffer the thing without a radio and receiver too...Who wants to have to program the radio via computer every time???#:>)*.......................*(<:# | ||

| piranhafreak Veteran | I took it apart rebuilt it put new blades on it and new tail blades and lipo and now it flys rather well but at this point i probably could have built a swift 16 for the same amount of money and would have better stuff to begin with as i would have gone with different eletronicsMabey one day i will actually land one of these things !! | ||
