My Posts This: Topic Forum | My car has pretty dark window tint, it is actually hard to see inside unless you are 3 feet or closer. I do have a paging alarm system, I guess we didn't hear it cause the restaurant was too loud and the keys were in my pocket. It all sucks how it happened, broad daylight, iHop parking lot. Very busy, lots of cars and people everywhere, 10 to 15 minutes to wait for a table, you kind of get the idea. These crooks had nerves of steel to pull this off.
No surveillance cameras around though, I checked with the gas station next door and they had cameras, but none pointing in that direction. iHop manager was very helpful and friendly, cops didn't show up for 1.5 hours almost though, they took fingerprints, but not sure if they're worth anything.
