Hey Guys,

I finally have some free time so I thought I'd pop in..

Wasup! we all going to this thing or what?!?!

Talked to MrCammy tonight, he sounds pretty jazzed about the whole thing and I hear some buzz around the field..

Heard from Mike that Rotor F/X is going to be playing a big part in the scale landing. Sounds pretty exciting. Who do we got going so far?!?!

Kyle and I will be there for sure. Great event last year, and the organizers worked really hard to make it all first class.

If you're one of those guys thinkin' about goin', but not sure if it's worth it, do yourself a favor and go .

Hello again to everyone. There have been some rumors floating around that the LA3D FUNFLY for OCT 9, 10, 11 is not going to happen.
As one of the "Captain's" of the event, I CAN GUARANTEE EVERYONE THAT THE FUNFLY WILL HAPPEN, and we are still expecting a larger turnout than last year.
The on-line pilot registration @la3d.org is working fine, as well as the vendor registration. I would like to ask everyone, if you have a PayPal account, pre-register. It will save you time when you arrive and will help us for food inventory as well.
Pre-register @la3d.org and tell your friends and go to your LHS and get them involved as well. All the info is on our web site at la3d.org.

Come on and join the frenzy!

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I'm so excited. On a personal note, the best part of this event is all the great people and friends that show up and all the time and space to fly in our big open field. The bigger the turnout, the better the party! With all the good food, drink, and relaxation.. you cant beat it!

I'm also pretty excited to check out the new gear this year, I know a few of the local guys now have Kasama Srimok 90s along with some other new gear. We're allways trying to get the latest toys, the club is pretty active and it's fun to see something different.

Apart from IRCHA, this is the one event I look most forward to.
So who's all coming??!

Hey everyone!!! I'm so glad the vicious rumors about the cancellation of LA3D 2009 are finally over!!!



We at LA3D have been working with Jay and JB from ROTOR F/X and have confirmed that they will be attending our event this year. ROTOR F/X is a local Van Nuys, CA company that works with just about anything to do with the Rotorcraft Industry from building personal single pilot helicopters to helicopter simulation training. They are also a local distributor for Protos RC Heli.



This year Rotor F/X will be landing a Schweizer Scale helicopter!! Also in their aresenal.... They will have a Mosquito Personal Helicopter Kit on display along with a full sized Helicopter Simulator for everyone to try!!

This will be great!!!
