thats looks as funny as a video I once seen on youtube. I just tried finding it but with no luck. A guy took and tied a heli on a long stick by the skid upside down. Then had another guy hold the stick and he spooled it up. We you can imagine what happened.

Bring back the rotary phone so we don't have to press "1" to proceed to ENGLISH.

While you guys are making fun of it, I the concept does work. Except the kit should be modified to hold from the landing skid, instead of the head button. Just imagin your heli in a big box frame.

No, I have not, but I think it's pretty obvious that a light weight box frame design enclosing the heli with one side attached to the skid would work.

Of course, that's assume the inverted flight is done near the ground to reduce the energy of potential impact.

However, as shown on the auction, I don't think it's going to work as the shaft? connecting to the head button would likely break on first uneven inverted landing.

Yes it is a good concept but I am like you not sure it will work very well connected to the head button but if you make it strong enough to support itself it may be too much weight for the heli, just a thought and I would still like to see someone try it. I can hover inverted but do it about 50 foot in the air still not enough courage to bring it down close to the ground.
