You could file a Police report for section 422 of the California Penal Code (Criminal threats), but the fact of the matter is that your crime crosses state lines. That means that you have to contact the FBI for help in this matter. They are the only entity that handles interstate affairs. As far as slander and attacks on your livelihood, that’s solely a civil matter and is really tricky because goofball is overseas. You would have to contact an attorney that is familiar with international business as a starting point and go on from there. The feds are quite busy most of the time, expect delays. His defamatory web site is NOT the issue. If anything it's reference to RR helps the big picture. You are not appreciating the serious nature of the issue and why I will go at all cost at restraining Paul from trespassing on this site.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I'm trying to understand why MR is so angry with this guy...Seems he has a personal beef with this guy for some reason...If you read the site that MR showed a link for it states a lot of points, none of which MR responded to...It seems MR should just keep blocking him from the site and move on...I don't know why MR thinks he can ruin his business...I personally have had MR close a post I started about Futaba's horrible customer service...An open forum like this should be just that...I read ALL of the website this other person has set up and it seems to have some valid points...

I do have to be careful with what I say as I may get my account deleted as well...

In closing, I think it is foul for MR to try to find someones job and try to ruin them or get them fired...MR should hire an attorney and let them handle it and keep the drama off RR...It may be his site, granted, but it shows what he is willing to do to someone that angers him...Also, if one of us tried to get information like this on another member we would get thrown off RR and told to handle it with an attorney or local authorities...

Oh well, my 2 cents anyway......I know I am about to get blasted now...

This is a professional/legal problem, not a personal problem. Your assessment of MR is emotional and not relevant. If you do not understand the history, that is because you have not followed it. If you did, your perspective would likely be different.

This individual is a criminal. Some think that internet criminals (harrassers / stalkers / fraudsters) are some kind of "fight the system" rapscallion funny guys. I don't.

No offense however, but the guy is running a proxy it's something that will take a little more than just a who is look up, the best case scenario here is you need to increase the ability to not be able to automate account creation, ya I know that takes some coding however in the long run this will eliminate any need for automation which is what this paul guy is doing. second of all a death threat and harassment is quite common, I could make a website dedicated to killing the president but.... the most people will make you do is shut it down thats about it.

Best case scenario here is a little more information to work with, like his first banned account he used to sign up with. It seems like this guy has a big time grudge against ya for something so you probably made him mad no big deal. But I doubt he learned how to use a proxy when he first made this account.

I run my own webserver so I know how stressful some of these people can get.

At the risk of getting pinked, blocked etc. I do have to question your integrity, had any other member made this post it would of been deleted. A few years ago my PC was miss used by a friend of my wife’s, i could see some of the history but i need to find out exactly what it had been used for so made a post in the off topic section requesting info on how to recover this data off my PC, my post was deleted.

I wish you the best of luck and hopefully you track this man down, who knows you may not be the only victim of him, but by the same token you should obeyed by the same rules you impose on others.
